NuWave Oven Pro Review

The NuWave Oven Pro has got to be one of my all time favorite appliances. This counter top oven is perfect for cooking for one, two, or three people. It’s quick, and easy. Frozen steaks can be cooked to perfection in 20 minutes. And, by perfection I mean juicy, tender, and medium rare. I’ve cooked all sorts of meat, vegetables, and desserts in my oven. I’ve even made cornbread and baked cookies in the bottom pan. This oven comes with a great recipe book that will amaze you, as you would never think of cooking, instead of just ‘baking’.

The NuWave Oven bakes pizza (a small one), but it doesn’t make the crust crunchy, so beware of that. And, I even prepared beef jerky in this little oven by laying thin flat marinated round steak on the bottom rack and baking on the lowest power (like air) for an indefinite time. It turned out great!

This oven is perfect for a college student, a young couple just starting out, a busy professional couple with little time for food preparation, for the elderly, for ANYONE! It does not heat up the room, either! And it makes a great gift. I’ve given away a number of the NuWave Oven Pro’s and everyone that has used it raves about it.

It comes apart flawlessly for clean-up and is dishwasher safe (except the top unit). The rack is reversible so it can be close to the top for quicker and browner items, or at the bottom for slower cooking. I really love this oven and would recommend the NuWave Oven Pro to anyone who cooks on a regular.
